The concept of a member profile is very simple actually. It is an out of character account which would act as your primary account and the first point of contact for everyone. It would be easy for everyone and makes many things easy. You can post with your OOC account anywhere except of course in the RP area. You do not have to worry about the posts being lost if a character account is deleted. You can post your Plotter, your thread tracker and want ads from the this member account and not worry about having to change or remake them if any of your character has been deleted.

Each and every member in here will have quite a number of characters as time passes on. And from the admin point of view, it will be a waste of time for me and you if I send a common PM to all your accounts and you have to check that message from every account of yours and it can be a tad bit irritating. So it would be great if each member have their own OOC account which can be used by me to send you all mass PM's and the members can also send each other PM's without having to wonder "what account should I send the PM to?"

A few rules to be followed :
>> Do not ever post in the character RP area with your member profile.
>> The name of your member profile should be the same as your Alias name on the site. No other names would be allowed.
>> While it is okay to use pictures of the character you play, we would suggest going for different images so as to add a little special touch to the member profiles.
